More than 10 years ago when I first started experimenting with the different technologies to achieve superior fuel economy, I took it for granted that getting 60-80 miles per gallon (80 to 129 kilometers) was normal with the water/HHO system installed. First, it is NOT possible to drive completely with just water (these vehicles are still in production and are really very expensive). You will still need fuel. BUT, with the water being converted to hydrogen (also called oxyhdrogen, HHO or Brown's gas) and fed into the engine's air intake, your car will get more miles per gallon (or kilometers per liter) of fuel and you save money on fuel. Second, it is NOT for everyone. If you do not spend more than $50 a month on gas, it really does not make sense.So yes, we actually recommend that you do not buy a HHO conversion kit. Third, you may only get 50-60% increase in your fuel efficiency and depending on your vehicle, engine size, your vehicle's increase in fuel efficiency will vary. Yet, with that said, we have had reports from USA and Canada of 114% to 279.4% increases in MPG after installing a HHO conversion kit. You still would have to buy gas each month, but your bill would most likely be half to one third of what it is right now. There is absolutely no help from the government in this direction, which means that these things are absolutely useless. Answer: You have reached a painful truth. Indeed, the government is not supporting such innovations, but not because these hydrogen car kits do not deserve, but rather because there are no huge corporate interests and lobbyists behind them.
